Following up the query
All written replies will include a recommendation of one or more lawyers specializing in the field, so that you can consult them (legal, civil, penal advising), should you so wish or should it prove necessary. You are of course, under no obligation whatsoever to follow this recommendation.
Replying to your query
Your query will be replied to within two business days from 8.30 a.m. of the day following its receipt. You will be notified by e-mail that the reply to your query is available, and can be accessed in the www.lomaslegal.com secure area with the use of your password. To this end, you must enter your personal access data and go to your "personal in-tray" to see the reply and be able to print it out. If, for any reason, it proves impossible to reply to your query in two business days, you will be so informed by e-mail. You can withdraw the query, and the money you have paid will be refunded, at no cost to you.
Invoice
As soon as the financial institution confirms to us that you have paid, you will be sent a link to an HTML invoice that can be printed out. The invoice will remain available for a year.
Payment
Before submitting your query, you must pay by credit card. To this end, we have signed an agreement with a financial institution which guarantees the security of the system. All the information supplied by you connected with the payment will be sent in encrypted form to the financial institution, who will be the only party to see this information. LomasLegal keeps no details of your credit card, only your name and surname(s). If your payment needs to be returned, LomasLegal will credit your credit card, at no cost to you.
Price
For each query you make, you will pay a fixed price of 45 euros (including VAT). This price does not depend upon the complexity or the type of the issue raised. Contact us and know the sure service that we offer you through our store online.
