LOMASLEGAL's clients can benefit from the new legal defence insurance resulting from an agreement between the legal shop and the insurance company DAS Spain, the leading legal defence company in Europe.
This agreement means that LOMASLEGAL's clients can contract DAS's "Family and Consumer Legal Defence" insurance. It covers all of the legal services provided by LOMASLEGAL to its clients that take out this policy at its shops, in accordance with the amount covered and conditions established in the policy.
DAS's "Family and Consumer Legal Defence" insurance protects the policy holder in their family and private life, as a consumer, user or citizen and as an end user of goods and services. Examples of the cover include claims for damages, criminal defence, housing rights, employment, service or insurance contracts, furniture service contracts, domestic services, fiscal rights and extrajudicial advice.
